Cultist is a Christian heavy band from Southern California. The framework is unquestionably west coast beatdown hardcore with east coast weight underneath it.
Formed in 2017 by Jim B., the lineup grew into the sound it carries now. Deathcore threads pulled tight against dark metalcore. The raw heaviness fans expect from the Facedown family. They have shared stages with Bleeding Through, Lionheart, Traitors, and many more.
They joined Facedown in 2022 and released their debut full length, Slow Suicide, on July 21, 2023. The follow up, Saint, arrives summer 2026.
